Orphaned and Vulnerable Children
Sixteen Haitian and Dominican children live at the Ambassadors for Christ Orphanage (ACO). Without financial assistance, the children at ACO cannot attend school. In addition to monthly school fees, they need uniforms, shoes, and books. Annual registration and exam fees have to be paid as well. We need sponsors who will commit to give at least $35 per month or make a one-time gift of $420.
Laptops/Internet Access
Primary and secondary school students in Haciendita need specialized curriculum, laptops and internet access. Families in rural Mexico have a daily income of approximately $8 per day. Nonetheless, parents are financially obligated for the daily operation of their child’s school (the government pays teachers’ salaries.) As such, there are limited resources. With your help, we can purchase additional computers ($200 each) and continue to provide internet service for all students.
Crystal Brown Ukah Scholarship: Carevolution Cares
Crystal Brown Ukah was the founder of Carevolution Cares. She was committed to improving access to healthcare in Haciendita. Your donation will allow us to have a medical fund available for those in need. We, likewise, would like to provide scholarships to high school graduates who desire to get degrees in nursingMexico-Building Project
During the height of the pandemic, our store closed. We lost access to the building and had other challenges. We need to purchase a building so that we can continue to provide this community with the things they need. The closest store is 45 minutes away. Your donations will make a tremendous difference.
IN-KIND Donations
We are always in need of in-kind donations: medical supplies, over the counter medicine, classroom equipment, laptops, chromebooks, new clothing for children, underclothes for adults, shoes, towels, washclothes, blankets, school supplies, and toiletries.
